The Lever Row (Plate Loaded) is a back exercise focusing on strengthening the upper and middle back muscles. It involves pulling a loaded lever towards the body while maintaining a bent-over position. This exercise is beneficial for developing back thickness and improving posture.
How to do it
- Adjust the seat and chest pad on the leverage machine to suit your height.
- Stand facing the machine and grip the handles with both hands.
- Keep your back straight, hinge at the hips, and pull the handles towards your torso.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the start position, maintaining control.
