The Lever Row (Plate Loaded) is a back exercise focusing on strengthening the upper and middle back muscles. It involves pulling a loaded lever towards the body while maintaining a bent-over position. This exercise is beneficial for developing back thickness and improving posture.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat and chest pad on the leverage machine to suit your height.
  2. Stand facing the machine and grip the handles with both hands.
  3. Keep your back straight, hinge at the hips, and pull the handles towards your torso.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly extend your arms back to the start position, maintaining control.
