How to do it
- Lie face down on the ground with arms extended alongside your body.
- Lift your chest slightly off the ground.
- Perform small pulse movements by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Maintain the position and continue pulsing for the desired duration.
- Lower your chest to return to the starting position.
