The Pulse Row exercise involves lying face down and performing small pulsing movements with the arms and shoulders. It targets the upper back muscles and helps in enhancing shoulder stability and posture.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the ground with arms extended alongside your body.
  2. Lift your chest slightly off the ground.
  3. Perform small pulse movements by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Maintain the position and continue pulsing for the desired duration.
  5. Lower your chest to return to the starting position.
