The kettlebell single-leg row is an exercise that enhances balance and strengthens the upper body and core. It engages stabilizer muscles and improves coordination by performing a row while maintaining balance on one leg.

How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg, holding a kettlebell in the opposite hand with an overhand grip.
  2. Bend forward at the hips, allowing the free leg to extend back, and form a T shape with the body.
  3. Row the kettlebell to your waist, keeping the back straight and shoulders level.
  4. Lower the kettlebell with control to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
