The kettlebell single-leg row is an exercise that enhances balance and strengthens the upper body and core. It engages stabilizer muscles and improves coordination by performing a row while maintaining balance on one leg.
How to do it
- Stand on one leg, holding a kettlebell in the opposite hand with an overhand grip.
- Bend forward at the hips, allowing the free leg to extend back, and form a T shape with the body.
- Row the kettlebell to your waist, keeping the back straight and shoulders level.
- Lower the kettlebell with control to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
