How to do it
- Step onto the platform of the assisted chin up machine with a secure grip on the pull-up bar.
- Kneel on the support pad and assume an overhand grip on the bar.
- Engage your core and pull yourself upward until your chin is above the bar.
- Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, focusing on controlled movements.
