The Ring Arm Curl is a bodyweight exercise using gymnastics rings. It primarily targets the biceps by employing one's body weight for resistance. This exercise enhances upper arm strength and improves grip stability through a controlled curling motion.

How to do it

  1. Grip the gymnastics rings with palms facing upward and arms extended.
  2. Lean back slightly, keeping the core engaged and body straight.
  3. Curl your arms, pulling your body towards the rings while keeping elbows close to your sides.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, ensuring a strong bicep contraction.
  5. Slowly extend the arms to return to the starting position.
