The EZ Bar Curl is a bicep-focused exercise that helps in building and strengthening the upper arms. It involves using the EZ bar, which reduces strain on the wrists while allowing a comfortable grip. This exercise is effective in isolating the biceps muscles and promoting muscle growth.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the EZ barbell at arm’s length with an underhand grip.
  2. Keep elbows close to the torso and curl the bar upwards by flexing the elbows.
  3. Pause briefly when the bar is at shoulder level, then slowly lower it back to the starting position.
