The EZ Bar Curl is a bicep-focused exercise that helps in building and strengthening the upper arms. It involves using the EZ bar, which reduces strain on the wrists while allowing a comfortable grip. This exercise is effective in isolating the biceps muscles and promoting muscle growth.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the EZ barbell at arm’s length with an underhand grip.
- Keep elbows close to the torso and curl the bar upwards by flexing the elbows.
- Pause briefly when the bar is at shoulder level, then slowly lower it back to the starting position.
