The Barbell Curl Press Extension is a compound exercise that combines a barbell curl with a shoulder press. It effectively targets the biceps and shoulders while also engaging the triceps. This exercise helps build upper body strength and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell with an underhand grip.
  2. Curl the barbell upwards until your elbows are fully flexed.
  3. Press the barbell overhead by extending your arms fully.
  4. Slowly reverse the movement by lowering the barbell back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
