How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell with an underhand grip.
- Curl the barbell upwards until your elbows are fully flexed.
- Press the barbell overhead by extending your arms fully.
- Slowly reverse the movement by lowering the barbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
