How to do it

  1. Stand in front of an incline bench, resting one arm on the back for support.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with the working arm fully extended down.
  3. Curl the dumbbell towards your shoulder, keeping your upper arm stable.
  4. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
