How to do it

  1. Stand in a boxing stance with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold your fists near your chin, elbows close to your body.
  3. Rotate your torso and extend the right arm upward in a curved motion.
  4. Use your legs and hips to generate power, pivoting on the back foot.
  5. Return to the starting stance and repeat.
