The Standing March with Shoulders Extension is a dynamic exercise that combines marching in place while simultaneously extending the arms overhead. It enhances cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Lift one knee to hip height while extending your arms overhead.
  3. Lower the leg and arms to return to the start position.
  4. Alternate legs, maintaining rhythm and balance.
  5. Continue for the desired duration or repetitions.
