The Cable One-Arm Inner Biceps Curl targets the biceps brachii by using a cable pulley system. This exercise emphasizes the inner part of the biceps, promoting muscle growth and definition.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grip the handle with one hand and keep your elbow close to your body.
  3. Pull the handle upwards by flexing your elbow towards your shoulder.
  4. Pause briefly at the top for maximum contraction.
  5. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
