The Lying Biceps Curl with Towel is an exercise that targets the biceps through a curling motion using a towel for resistance. It helps in strengthening and isolating the biceps while also engaging the core for stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with one leg extended and the other leg bent, foot pointing upwards.
  2. Hold a towel with both hands, wrapping it under the sole of your bent foot.
  3. Engage your core and curl the towel towards your chest by flexing your elbows.
  4. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
