The Lying Biceps Curl with Towel is an exercise that targets the biceps through a curling motion using a towel for resistance. It helps in strengthening and isolating the biceps while also engaging the core for stability.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with one leg extended and the other leg bent, foot pointing upwards.
- Hold a towel with both hands, wrapping it under the sole of your bent foot.
- Engage your core and curl the towel towards your chest by flexing your elbows.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
