How to do it

  1. Adjust the Preacher Curl Machine to fit your height and secure the EZ Barbell.
  2. Stand with your chest against the pad, arms extended and holding the bar with an underhand grip.
  3. Curl the bar upwards by bending your elbows, squeeze at the top.
  4. Lower the bar slowly to the starting position without locking your elbows.
