How to do it
- Adjust the Preacher Curl Machine to fit your height and secure the EZ Barbell.
- Stand with your chest against the pad, arms extended and holding the bar with an underhand grip.
- Curl the bar upwards by bending your elbows, squeeze at the top.
- Lower the bar slowly to the starting position without locking your elbows.
