The Landmine One-Arm Bent-Over Row is an effective exercise for building unilateral strength and improving muscle imbalances. It primarily targets the back muscles, helping to enhance muscle size and strength while also engaging the core for stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and lean forward at the hips.
- Grip the landmine handle with one hand, keeping your back straight and core tight.
- Pull the weight towards your ribcage, squeezing your shoulder blade at the top.
- Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, then switch arms.
