The Band Alternating Biceps Curl is an effective exercise for building arm strength and size. Alternating arms ensures balanced muscle development and improves coordination. Using resistance bands provides a variable resistance that targets the biceps throughout the movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart on a resistance band.
  2. Hold the handles with palms facing forward, arms extended.
  3. Curl one hand towards your shoulder, keeping the elbow close to your side.
  4. Slowly lower to the start and repeat with the other arm.
  5. Continue alternating arms in a controlled manner.
