The cheat curl is a variation of the bicep curl that allows the use of heavier weights by incorporating slight body momentum. It primarily targets the biceps and is useful for building strength and muscle mass.

How to do it

  1. Hold a barbell with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Stand with feet hip-width apart and engage the core.
  3. Curl the barbell up using a slight swinging motion with the torso.
  4. Lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat while maintaining a steady rhythm and slight body momentum.
