The Dumbbell Reverse-Grip Biceps Curl is an exercise focusing on the biceps and forearms. It enhances arm strength and endurance by working the muscles through a reverse grip, engaging both the biceps and the brachioradialis.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with a reverse grip.
  2. Keep elbows close to your body and arms extended downwards.
  3. Curl the dumbbells upwards, keeping the palms facing down.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then lower back to the starting position.
