The Barbell Standing Concentration Curl is a strength exercise targeting the biceps. It isolates the biceps for a focused contraction, aiding in muscle growth and definition. The movement involves curling a barbell upwards using the biceps while maintaining a bent-over stance for stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell with an underhand grip.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Let the barbell hang down with your arms fully extended.
  4. Curl the barbell upwards by flexing your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  5. Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position and repeat.
