How to do it
- Grip the gymnastics rings with palms facing towards you.
- Hang with straight arms, keeping your body stable and engaged.
- Pull yourself upward by bending your elbows and retracting your shoulder blades.
- Continue until your chin is above the rings.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
