Bicep curls are a fundamental strength exercise focusing on building the biceps. This exercise involves lifting weights in a controlled manner to target and strengthen the Biceps Brachii, improving arm size and strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Keep elbows close to your torso and palms facing forward.
  3. Curl the weights up by flexing the elbows, keeping the upper arms stationary.
  4. Lift the weights until your biceps are fully contracted and the dumbbells are at shoulder level.
  5. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.
