The Band Fixed Back Underhand Pulldown is a seated exercise targeting the upper body, specifically the back and biceps. It utilizes a resistance band to replicate the motion of a traditional pulldown, developing strength and muscle endurance in the upper back.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright with feet flat on the ground.
  2. Hold the resistance band with an underhand grip, arms extended upward.
  3. Pull the band down toward your chest, squeezing the shoulder blades.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, keeping tension on the band.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
