How to do it

  1. Grip the gymnastics rings firmly with palms facing each other.
  2. Hang with straight arms and legs extended, feet off the ground.
  3. Engage your core, tuck your knees toward your chest.
  4. Simultaneously pull up with your arms, bringing elbows back.
  5. Return to the start position with control, and repeat.
