How to do it
- Grip the gymnastics rings firmly with palms facing each other.
- Hang with straight arms and legs extended, feet off the ground.
- Engage your core, tuck your knees toward your chest.
- Simultaneously pull up with your arms, bringing elbows back.
- Return to the start position with control, and repeat.
