How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your hands behind your head or across your chest.
  3. Engage your core and lift your upper body towards your knees.
  4. Lower back down with control to complete one repetition.
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps.
