The Band Standing Single Arm Biceps Curl targets the biceps brachii, improving arm strength and muscle tone. It involves curling a resistance band with one arm while maintaining a stable, upright position, which also engages the core for stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the band handle with one hand.
  2. Keep your elbow close to your body and palm facing forward.
  3. Curl the band upward by bending the elbow, keeping the upper arm stationary.
  4. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the band to the starting position and repeat.
