How to do it
- Stand on a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the band handle with one hand.
- Keep your elbow close to your body and palm facing forward.
- Curl the band upward by bending the elbow, keeping the upper arm stationary.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the band to the starting position and repeat.
