How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells by your sides.
  2. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips to create a 90-degree angle at both knees.
  3. As you descend, perform a bicep curl with the dumbbells.
  4. Push through the front heel to return to the starting position, lowering dumbbells.
  5. Alternate legs and repeat for desired reps.
