The EZ Bar Preacher Curl is an isolation exercise targeting the biceps. It allows focused contraction of the biceps by eliminating other muscle involvements, providing strength and size gains in the upper arms.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the Preacher Curl Machine with your arms resting on the pad.
  2. Grip the EZ Barbell with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Slowly curl the bar upwards towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps.
  4. Pause at the top, then gradually lower the bar back to the start position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
