The kettlebell alternate biceps curl is an exercise that targets the biceps brachii by isolating each arm individually, which can help correct muscle imbalances. The exercise also engages the forearms and supports the development of better arm strength and definition.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a kettlebell in each hand with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep elbows close to your body and curl one kettlebell toward your shoulder.
  4. Lower it back to the start position while curling the opposite kettlebell.
  5. Continue alternating curls in a controlled manner.
