How to do it
- Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a kettlebell in each hand with an underhand grip.
- Keep elbows close to your body and curl one kettlebell toward your shoulder.
- Lower it back to the start position while curling the opposite kettlebell.
- Continue alternating curls in a controlled manner.
