The reverse curl targets the biceps and forearms. It is done while standing and lifting a bottle with both hands, keeping the elbows close to the body. This exercise effectively develops forearm strength and grip, as well as enhancing arm aesthetics.
How to do it
- Stand upright, holding a bottle with both hands in front of your thighs.
- Keep your elbows at your sides and palms facing downward.
- Slowly curl the bottle upward towards your shoulders, engaging your biceps and forearms.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Lower the bottle back to the starting position with control.
