Bottle Weighted Reverse Curl

The reverse curl targets the biceps and forearms. It is done while standing and lifting a bottle with both hands, keeping the elbows close to the body. This exercise effectively develops forearm strength and grip, as well as enhancing arm aesthetics.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright, holding a bottle with both hands in front of your thighs.
  2. Keep your elbows at your sides and palms facing downward.
  3. Slowly curl the bottle upward towards your shoulders, engaging your biceps and forearms.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the bottle back to the starting position with control.
