How to do it
- Sit on a preacher bench and adjust the seat to place your arms comfortably on the pad.
- Grip the EZ bar with palms facing up and hands close together.
- Slowly curl the bar upwards towards your shoulders, keeping upper arms steady.
- Pause at the top of the movement, then lower the bar back to the start position.
- Repeat for desired reps, maintaining control and form throughout.
