The Barbell Preacher Curl is an isolation exercise targeting the biceps. It provides excellent focus and contraction in the biceps by preventing other muscles from assisting in the curl. The exercise is highly beneficial for building arm strength and hypertrophy.
How to do it
- Sit on the Preacher Curl Machine with your arms resting on the pad.
- Grasp the Barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Curl the barbell upward, contracting your biceps fully.
- Lower the barbell slowly, extending your arms fully.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control.
