How to do it
- Lie under a fixed bar with arms extended, gripping the bar with an overhand grip.
- Keep your body straight, forming a rigid plank from head to heels.
- Pull your chest towards the bar by retracting your shoulder blades.
- Pause at the top with chest close to the bar, then slowly lower back to the start.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining form throughout.
