The child’s pose is a restorative yoga position that stretches the back muscles and promotes relaxation. It helps increase flexibility and relieve tension in the back and shoulders.
How to do it
- Sit back on your heels with your knees apart and big toes touching.
- Extend your arms forward on the ground with palms facing down.
- Gently lower your forehead to the floor, relaxing your neck and shoulders.
