The Lever Lateral Wide Pulldown is an exercise targeting the upper back by pulling down a weight attached to a lever machine from a wide grip position. This movement focuses on building strength and size in the back muscles, improving posture and pulling strength.
How to do it
- Sit on the seat and secure your thighs under the pads.
- Grasp the lever handles with a wide grip.
- Pull the handles down towards your upper chest while keeping your elbows out.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
