The Lever Lateral Wide Pulldown is an exercise targeting the upper back by pulling down a weight attached to a lever machine from a wide grip position. This movement focuses on building strength and size in the back muscles, improving posture and pulling strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the seat and secure your thighs under the pads.
  2. Grasp the lever handles with a wide grip.
  3. Pull the handles down towards your upper chest while keeping your elbows out.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
