How to do it
- Position yourself under a bar set at waist height with an underhand grip, arms shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your legs out, keeping your body straight from head to heels.
- Pull your chest towards the bar by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a straight body line throughout.
