How to do it
- Sit on the machine with feet firmly on the platform and grip the handles.
- Ensure your back is straight and chest is up throughout the movement.
- Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
