The barbell reverse grip incline bench row targets the upper back muscles. Performed on an incline bench, this exercise involves pulling a barbell towards the chest with a supinated grip, effectively engaging the rhomboids and trapezius.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench at a 30-45 degree angle and lie face down on it.
  2. Grip the barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. Row the barbell towards your chest, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
