The barbell reverse grip incline bench row targets the upper back muscles. Performed on an incline bench, this exercise involves pulling a barbell towards the chest with a supinated grip, effectively engaging the rhomboids and trapezius.
How to do it
- Set an incline bench at a 30-45 degree angle and lie face down on it.
- Grip the barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Row the barbell towards your chest, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
