How to do it
- Stand in front of a bench with a barbell resting on your upper back.
- Position feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly outward.
- Lower your body by bending your knees and hips, aiming to lightly touch the bench with your glutes.
- Push through the heels to return to the starting position.
- Keep your chest up and core engaged throughout the movement.
