The Revolved Chair Pose is a yoga exercise focusing on improving balance, flexibility, and strength in the lower body while engaging the core. It helps develop stability in the legs and encourages spinal mobility and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together, arms by your side.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your hips as if sitting back into a chair.
  3. Bring palms together at chest level, then twist the torso to one side.
  4. Hold the position, engaging your core, then return to the center.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
