Weighted Lying Neck Flexion targets the neck muscles to increase strength and stability. It involves lying on a bench and performing neck flexions with added resistance, beneficial for developing the front neck muscles and strengthening the cervical spine.

How to do it

  1. Lie back on a bench with your head hanging off the edge.
  2. Hold a weight plate on your forehead with both hands.
  3. Engage your neck muscles and slowly flex your neck forward.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
