The seated flexion and extension neck exercise targets the muscles around the neck, promoting flexibility and strength. It is beneficial for improving posture and relieving neck tension.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your hands behind your head with elbows pointing out.
  3. Slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin towards your chest.
  4. Hold briefly, then return to the starting position.
  5. Continue the motion by gently moving your head back for extension.
