The suspension triceps extension targets the triceps brachii, improving arm strength and definition. Using suspension equipment, this exercise requires stability and control, engaging multiple muscle groups while focusing on the triceps for efficient upper arm work.

How to do it

  1. Anchor the suspension straps above you and grip the handles with both hands.
  2. Extend your arms straight in front, leaning forward slightly on the balls of your feet.
  3. Bend your elbows, lowering your head past your hands.
  4. Press back to the starting position, focusing on contracting the triceps.
  5. Maintain a straight core throughout the movement.
