How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand at shoulder height.
  2. Brace your core and press the dumbbell overhead, extending your arm fully.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to shoulder height, maintaining control.
