The Superman Chest Stretch is a bodyweight exercise focusing on improving flexibility and mobility in the chest and shoulder region. It also engages the glutes and lower back to stabilize the body, promoting strength and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended overhead.
  2. Simultaneously lift your chest and legs off the ground.
  3. Squeeze your glutes and retract your shoulder blades.
  4. Hold the position briefly while keeping your neck neutral.
  5. Lower your body back to the starting position and repeat.
