How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with a foam roller placed vertically along the spine.
  2. Bend your knees and place feet flat on the floor for stability.
  3. Extend your arms out to the sides, palms facing upwards.
  4. Relax in this position, allowing the chest to open and shoulders to relax.
  5. Hold the position for 1-2 minutes while breathing deeply.
