The dumbbell decline bench press targets the lower part of the pectoral muscles. It is performed on a decline bench to emphasize the Pectoralis Major Sternal Head, providing an effective workout for increasing chest strength and muscle mass.

How to do it

  1. Lie back on a decline bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
  2. Position your feet under the foot pads for stability.
  3. Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position at shoulder height.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
