How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet together, arms bent at 90 degrees.
  2. Step out to one side, maintaining the arm position.
  3. Perform a biceps curl by rotating arms inward and upward.
  4. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for desired repetitions.
