Band Kneeling Preacher Curl
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The band kneeling preacher curl is designed to target the biceps, especially focusing on the peak contraction. Being in a kneeling position enhances stability and isolates the arms, making it effective for muscle growth.
How to do it
- Anchor a resistance band at a low point, such as the base of a squat rack.
- Kneel on the ground facing the anchor point, gripping the band with an underhand grip.
- Keep your elbows resting on your thighs to mimic a preacher curl position.
- Slowly curl the band upwards by contracting the biceps.
- Lower back to the starting position with control and repeat.
