Gym Exercise Card

Equipment

Resistance Band
Resistance Band

The band kneeling preacher curl is designed to target the biceps, especially focusing on the peak contraction. Being in a kneeling position enhances stability and isolates the arms, making it effective for muscle growth.

How to do it

  1. Anchor a resistance band at a low point, such as the base of a squat rack.
  2. Kneel on the ground facing the anchor point, gripping the band with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows resting on your thighs to mimic a preacher curl position.
  4. Slowly curl the band upwards by contracting the biceps.
  5. Lower back to the starting position with control and repeat.
