The Stepjack Front Raise is a dynamic exercise combining a stepping jack motion with front raises to target cardiovascular endurance and upper body strength simultaneously. It elevates the heart rate while engaging the shoulders.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Step one foot out to the side while raising both arms in front of you to shoulder height.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat with the opposite foot.
