The Stepjack Front Raise is a dynamic exercise combining a stepping jack motion with front raises to target cardiovascular endurance and upper body strength simultaneously. It elevates the heart rate while engaging the shoulders.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Step one foot out to the side while raising both arms in front of you to shoulder height.
- Return to the starting position and repeat with the opposite foot.
