How to do it

  1. Stand in a fighting stance with your left foot forward.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and keep your guard up.
  3. Rotate your hips and shoulders towards the right.
  4. Drive your left fist upward while pivoting your left foot.
  5. Return to the guard position to complete the punch.
