Cross Knee to Toe Touch is a standing exercise that targets the core muscles, particularly the obliques, while enhancing balance and flexibility. The exercise involves crossing the body with a knee and opposite elbow engagement, promoting core stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Start by standing tall with feet hip-width apart and hands behind your head.
  2. Lift your left knee across your body toward your right elbow.
  3. Simultaneously, bring your right elbow down to meet your left knee.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
